Qualification required Barber: Matriculation (10th) pass or equivalent with proficiency in Barber’s trade. Desirable – One year experience. Vehicle Mechanic (Motor Vehicle) Skilled: ITI certificate in respective trade OR Armed Forces/Ex-serviceman at Grade-I. Desirable – National Vocational Training Certificate (NCVT). Tradesman Mate: Matriculation (10th) pass or equivalent. Telecom Mechanic (Highly Skilled-II): 10+2 with ITI certificate in respective trade OR Armed Forces/Ex-serviceman at Grade-I. Desirable – National Vocational Training Certificate (NCVT).
Salary offered: Barber, Vehicle Mechanic (MV), Tradesman Mate: Pay Matrix Level-1 (Pay Band Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs. 1800/-) as per 7th CPC. Telecom Mechanic: Referenced as Pay Matrix Level-4 (Grade Pay Rs. 2400/-) in parts of document.
