Mode of Selection:
Selection of candidates will be made based on their performance at Interview.

Required Age:
For Post 1 & 3: Candidates age must be between 18-35 Years.
For Post 2 & 4: Candidates age must be between 18-30 Years.
Upper age relaxation will be applicable as per Govt Rules.

Essential Qualification:
For Post 1 & 2: Candidates must have acquired Degree in any discipline with PG Degree in Personnel Management/ MPM/ MLM/ MSW-Personnel Management/ MBA.
For Post 3 & 4: Candidates must have acquired Degree in any discipline with CA/ ICWA/ MBA (Finance)/ M.Com.
